These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Yaqeen ("Yaqeen", "we", "us", "our"), including the website, wizard, dashboard, and any feasibility study reports we generate for you (together, the "Service"), operated by Yaqeen (yaqeenstudy.com). By creating an account, purchasing a report, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, in which case "you" refers to that entity.

Yaqeen turns the information you provide about a business idea, project, or existing business into an AI-generated feasibility study: market research, a financial model, and an investment verdict, delivered as a PDF report in Arabic and/or English.

The report is an analytical decision-support tool, not professional advice. Financial projections are estimates based on your inputs, stated assumptions, and available market information gathered by our research tools. They are not guarantees of future performance, funding, or business success, and they are not financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any figure, assumption, or conclusion in a report — and for consulting a qualified professional — before making an investment, legal, tax, or financial decision based on it.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@yaqeenstudy.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Single Study and Professional reports are one-time purchases: you pay once and receive one generated report. Business and Agency plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly, each including a set number of reports per billing period, as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not receive or store your full card or bank details.
• Prices are shown in USD and may change; changes apply to future billing periods or new purchases, not to a period you've already paid for.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or through your payment provider's account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to any report credits already included in that period.
• Unused report credits included in a subscription period do not roll over to the next period unless we state otherwise.
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase, other than taxes on our net income.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying models, prompts, or source code powering the Service;
• Resell, sublicense, or offer the Service (or reports generated through it) as a competing service to third parties without our written permission;
• Share a single account or subscription across an organization beyond the seats/usage the plan is intended for;
• Submit content you don't have the right to submit, or that infringes a third party's rights.

We own the Service itself — the website, software, design, and the methodology behind report generation. Nothing in these Terms transfers that ownership to you.

You retain ownership of the business information you submit (your project details, financial inputs, and similar content, "Your Content"). You grant us a license to use Your Content to generate, store, and deliver your report, and to operate and improve the Service. Once a report is generated and paid for, we grant you a license to use, download, print, and share that report for your own business purposes.

To generate your report, relevant parts of Your Content are sent to third-party AI and research providers described in our Privacy Policy; their own terms govern how they process that data.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." AI-generated content can be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors, including in market data, financial projections, and translations. We do not warrant that reports are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yaqeen and its officers, employees, and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on a report. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law, and may discontinue the Service or any feature of it with reasonable notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you (for example by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
